Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of oats (I used Quaker)
1 cup of vegan chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)
1 tsp of cinnamon
Optional Toppings:
1 tbsp of peanut or almond butter
1 tbsp of liquid fiber syrup (I used sukrin)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees
2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl. Once the bananas are mashed add in oats and chocolate chips
3. Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the mixture onto a cookie sheet and shape into a cookie form
4. Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown
5. Remove from oven and allow cool for 5-10 minutes
6. Enjoy! xx
