Ingredients โฃ
2 ripe bananas โฃ
1 cup of oats (I used Quaker) โฃ
1 cup of vegan chocolate chips (I used Lilyโs) โฃ
1 tsp of cinnamon โฃ
โฃ
Optional Toppings:โฃ
1 tbsp of peanut or almond butter โฃ
1 tbsp of liquid fiber syrup (I used sukrin) โฃ

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees โฃ
2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl. Once the bananas are mashed add in oats and chocolate chips โฃ
3. Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the mixture onto a cookie sheet and shape into a cookie formโฃ
4. Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown โฃ
5. Remove from oven and allow cool for 5-10 minutes โฃ
6. Enjoy! xx โฃ
