Three Ingredient Healthy Cookies


While staying home, I have been trying to bake healthier desserts! These 3 ingredient cookies are not only one of my favorite cookies to bake, but they are also easy to prep and only take 20 minutes make! 😋 don’t forget to save and share the recipe below! enjoy! xx ⁣

Three Ingredient Healthy Cookies

Ingredients ⁣
2 ripe bananas ⁣
1 cup of oats (I used Quaker) ⁣
1 cup of vegan chocolate chips (I used Lily’s) ⁣
1 tsp of cinnamon ⁣

Optional Toppings:⁣
1 tbsp of peanut or almond butter ⁣
1 tbsp of liquid fiber syrup (I used sukrin) ⁣

1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees ⁣
2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl. Once the bananas are mashed add in oats and chocolate chips ⁣
3. Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the mixture onto a cookie sheet and shape into a cookie form⁣
4. Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown ⁣
5. Remove from oven and allow cool for 5-10 minutes ⁣
6. Enjoy! xx ⁣
