September is basically like the New Year. Back to school, routines, work and “starting that Monday diet”. With that being said, to help you eat HEALTHY & Everything Delish – I’m sharing with you my 3 Ingredient Healthy Cookie Recipe that is Vegan & Gluten Free (trust me, you won’t even know that they’re healthy).
3 Ingredient Healthy Cookie Recipe (VEGAN + GLUTEN FREE)
Ingredients:
- 3 Large (very) Ripe Bananas
- 2 Cups of Oats (I used Quaker Quick Oats)
- 1 1/2 Cup of Vegan Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Optional: Cinnamon + Vanilla
Directions:
- Pre heat oven to 350°F and line a large cooking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Once mashed, add oats to the mixture and mix well to combine.
- Add chocolate chips to the mixture and stir.
- Scoop 2 tbsp of the mixture to the cooking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Enjoy!
