Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Artichokes

I’ve been making some good use of my air fryer lately and I’m so happy about it! these crispy air fryer Parmesan artichokes are the perfect easy side dish or appetizer to make for your next dinner party or summer get-together and trust me, everyone will love them! serve this over labneh or Greek yogurt and you’ve got yourself a tasty dish! Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Artichokes Recipe


 1 can artichokes

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp bread crumbs

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, halved

1 garlic clove, grated

2 tbsp parsley, chopped

1 1/2 cup

2% plain Greek yogurt or Labneh

Salt & pepper 


 1. Add artichokes to a bowl. Remove liquid and pat dry with a paper towel. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, juice or 1/2 lemon, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt + pepper to artichokes. Mix together.

2. Add artichokes to the air fryer. Spray artichokes with cooking spray. Bake at 400F degrees for 12 minutes. Check halfway and flip if necessary.

3. Add yogurt or Labneh to the bowl. Smooth out with the back of a spoon. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, grated garlic and lemon zest. Mix together and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Top with salt & pepper. Once the artichokes are finished cooking, add them to the plate on top of the yogurt / Labneh.

4. Finish with olive oil, chopped parsley, salt & pepper and some Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
