Mac & Brie

It’s no secret that I am Mac & Cheese obsessed! I decided to take my simple mac & cheese recipe to a whole new level by serving it in a Brie cheese bowl. Yes, you read that correctly…MAC & BRIE! This simple and easy recipe will have your dinner guests coming back for more. Keep reading for the recipe below!
Mac & Brie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) wheel of Brie Cheese
- 1 tbsp. of butter
- 1/4 cup of whole milk
- 1 tbsp. of butter
- 1 package of elbow macaroni noodles (I used shell pasta for the recipe)
Directions:
- Carefully cut the top off of the Brie wheel. If possible, try to remove the top in one piece. Scoop out the top layer of cheese into a bowl and set aside. The cheese will be used for the sauce.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water.
- In a small saucepan, heat butter and cook for a few minutes. Add in the Brie cheese and milk. Whisk until all of the cheese is melted.
- Once the elbow macaroni is cooked, pour the melted Brie on top of the noodles and stir.
- Once all of the pasta is covered fill up the Brie wheel with the elbow macaroni.
