BBQ PEACH & MOZZARELLA SALAD RECIPE

Step up your salad game by elevating simple ingredients! I decided to BBQ my peaches for this recipe and add a drizzle of white truffle on top and it was so tasty! Check out the recipe video on my Instagram!

BBQ PEACH & MOZZARELLA SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients

• 3 peaches, sliced ⁣
• 1/4 cup white sugar ⁣
• 2 cups arugula ⁣
• 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds ⁣
• 1 mozzarella ball ⁣
• 1 tsp white truffle oil ⁣
• 1 tbsp of balsamic glaze ⁣

Directions

1. Slice peaches and dip both sides into white sugar and plate. Bbq peaches for 1-2 minutes per side or until peaches are browned. ⁣
2. Add arugula to a bowl and pull mozzarella ball into small pieces. Top with peaches, pumpkin seeds and balsamic glaze. Add white truffle oil to the mozzarella cheese. ⁣
3. Serve and enjoy! xx
