My Go-To Smoothie Bowl Recipe ⁣

Ingredients: ⁣

1 cup of almond milk ⁣
1 heaping cup of frozen berries ⁣
1/2 ripe banana ⁣
1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower
1 cup of frozen dragon fruit ⁣

Toppings: ⁣
1-2 tbsp of slivered almonds ⁣
1 tbsp of chia seeds ⁣
1/2 cup of sliced banana, kiwi and strawberries ⁣


  1. Add frozen almond milk, banana and berries to a blender and blend on medium until smooth ⁣
  2. Scoop into a small bowl and add toppings ⁣
