1 heaping cup of frozen berries
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower
1 cup of frozen dragon fruit
Toppings:
1-2 tbsp of slivered almonds
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/2 cup of sliced banana, kiwi and strawberries
