MINI EGG BLONDIES RECIPE

MINI EGG BLONDIES RECIPE 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp of kosher salt 
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of brown sugar 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 cups of mini eggs 
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup of milk chocolate, chopped 
  • Cooking Spray

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees 
  2. Grease a dish (I used a Pyrex dish) with cooking spray or butter 
  3. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl. Gradually stir in eggs and vanilla, mix well. 
  4. Add flour and baking powder, mix well. 
  5. Add in 1/2 cup of mini eggs, milk + white chocolate into the mixture. 
  6. Add mixture to the dish.  
  7. Add the rest of the mini eggs on top of the mixture. If you have leftover chocolate you can add that as well. 
  8. Bake for 23-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. 
  9. Set aside for 30 minutes to cool down. 
  10. Serve and enjoy! Xx
