Ingredients:
1/2 cup of tahini
1 cup of oats (I used Quaker rolled oats)
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp of whole wheat flour or almond flour
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of salt
1 cup of chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. In a bowl, mix together tahini, maple syrup, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and mix together
3. Add in the oats and chocolate chips and mix
4. Place about 1-2 tbsp of the mixture onto a baking sheet and roll into a cookie form. Pro tip- the mixture is sticky so wet your hands before touching the mixture to prevent it from sticking to your hand
5. Bake in oven for 15-17 minutes or until cookies are golden brown
6. Let cool for 12 minutes
7. Enjoy! Xx
