Dalgona Coffee Recipe (Whipped Coffee)

The most viral drink on the internet right now – dalgona coffee aka whipped coffee! After seeing it being posted by so many- I had to try it out myself to see if the hype is real, and it is! SWIPE to see how I made it! 🙌🏻 I found the recipe on TikTok- it’s super simple and just three ingredients. Also, I tried to whip the coffee with a handheld whisk, which ended up taking too long (and hurting my hand) so I used an electric mixer! Have you guys tried dalgona coffee yet? Dalgona Coffee Recipe (Whipped Coffee)

Ingredients⁣
2 tbsp of instant coffee ⁣
2 tbsp of boiling hot water ⁣
2 tbsp of sugar (you can use white, brown or stevia) ⁣
1/2 cup of milk (I used almond milk) ⁣
1/2 cup of ice cubes ⁣

Directions
1. In a bowl mix together instant coffee, hot water and sugar. ⁣
2. Mix together (or use an electric mixer) until the coffee is whipped. ⁣
3. Pour ice cubes and milk into a glass. Pour the whipped coffee on top of the milk. ⁣
4. Serve and enjoy! xx ⁣
