These Anti-Inflammatory Wellness Immunity Cubes are your daily wellness shortcut in frozen form. Theyโre packed with whole citrus, fresh ginger, turmeric, coconut water, and chia seeds, then frozen into easy cubes you can pull straight from the freezer whenever your body needs a little extra support. Drop one or two into hot water for a soothing, slightly spicy wellness drink that feels grounding, comforting, and genuinely nourishing without being overcomplicated or overly healthified.
These cubes strike that perfect balance between helpful and enjoyable. The ginger and turmeric bring warmth and depth, the lemon and orange keep everything bright and fresh, and the manuka honey rounds it all out with a subtle sweetness that doesnโt overpower. Black pepper boosts turmeric absorption, while chia seeds bloom in hot water, giving the drink a gentle body and added fiber. Itโs cozy, zingy, and feels like something your immune system actually thanks you for.

Add all ingredients except for the chia seeds into a blender or food processor. Blend on high until combined. Strain liquid with a cheese cloth or strainer into a large bowl.
Add liquid into ice cube trays, repeat until all the mixture is used. Add in chia seeds into each ice cube and stir.
Cover the ice cube trays and freeze for 24 hours. Serve 1-2 cubes with hot water and mix until combined. Enjoy!
Store cubes in the ice tray or transfer to a freezer-safe bag or container. They keep well for up to 3 months. Once melted, drink immediately for best flavor and texture.
Straining keeps the cubes smooth and easy to dissolve, but if you donโt mind pulp, you can skip it.
Yes! Hot water makes it soothing, but cold water works too, just expect a stronger ginger kick.
Start with one cube and adjust from there. Two cubes make a stronger, more warming drink.
