Anti Inflammatory Wellness Immunity Cubes

These Anti-Inflammatory Wellness Immunity Cubes are a simple, make-ahead way to support your immune system using fresh citrus, ginger, turmeric, coconut water, and chia seeds. Just drop one or two cubes into hot water for a warming, nourishing drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 Lemons peeled
  • 4-5 Stalks Celery chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Manuka Honey
  • 2 Medium Naval Oranges juiced
  • ½ Cup Fresh Ginger chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Turmeric
  • 2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except for the chia seeds into a blender or food processor. Blend on high until combined.
  • Strain liquid with a cheese cloth or strainer into a large bowl.
  • Add liquid into ice cube trays, repeat until all the mixture is used. Add in chia seeds into each ice cube and stir.
  • Cover the ice cube trays and freeze for 24 hours. Serve 1-2 cubes with hot water and mix until combined. Enjoy!
