Spicy Vodka Pasta Recipe

Since you all know my deep deep love for pasta (or as I like to say pastahhhh) – I had to try Gigi Hadid’s spicy vodka pasta recipe and see if it really lives up to the hype! & guess what- it does! sharing the recipe with a few of my tweaks below- don’t forget to save & share! also let’s tag Gigi cus maybe she’ll see this post? 😂 enjoy! xx

Spicy Vodka Pasta Recipe
Serves 4

Ingredients
1 box of your favorite pasta
1 can tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 oz vodka
1/2 white onion, diced
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup pasta water
1 tsp red chili flakes
Salt + pepper
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1-2 basil leaves, chopped

Directions
1. Heat a large saucepan with 1 tbsp olive oil, onions and garlic. Add in tomato pasta and once tomato paste is cooked add in the cream. Mix together until combined.
2. Cook pasta in salted water- cook it a few minutes before it’s el Dante and set aside.
3. Add in vodka and mix together. Add chili flakes, salt, pepper to the sauce and mix. Add in freshly grated Parmesan cheese & butter. Mix together. Also add in 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
3. Add in pasta and mix together until all pasta is coated evenly. Plate and garnish with salt, pepper, basil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy! xx
