Hot Honey

This hot honey will quickly become a pantry staple! Add it to avocado toast, summer salads or pasta salads, eggs- you name it!

Yields:

Ingredients

2 cups honey
2 tbsp chili flakes
1 red chili chopped
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Add honey to a small pot. Heat over low-medium heat. Add in chili flakes and chopped chilis. Stir together. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add in apple cider vinegar. Mix together. Let hot honey come to room temperature.
Add hot honey to a glass jar and store for 1 day before using. Enjoy!
