Za’atar Aioli
I love nothing more than dips- honestly, I like to call myself the dip queen! For this aioli, I decided to combine the following ingredients:
Za’atar Seasoning
Mayonnaise or Plain Greek Yogurt
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice & Zest
Salt & Pepper
Garlic
Equipment
This recipe is fairly easy and there is not a lot of prep! You can check out my favorite items for cooking on my Amazon Storefront. The Canadian link is here. The American link is here. The equipment you will need is:
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Rinse potatoes. Pat dry with a paper towel and halve. Once the potatoes are halved, score each side carefully. Add potatoes to a large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the Parmesan Garlic sauce. Mix until combined. Pour sauce over potatoes and mix until potatoes are evenly coated. Dip potatoes (score side) into grated parmesan cheese. Add to baking sheet with parmesan side down. Brush additional mixture on top of the potatoes. Bake for 35-45 minutes until potatoes are crispy and cooked.
Remove potatoes from oven and add to a large bowl. Finish with salt & pepper. Top with fresh rosemary. Serve with Za’atar Aioli and enjoy!
