Viral blanket dumplings made two ways — a bold, savory adult version and a gentle toddler-friendly version. Ground pork or chicken is cooked in a skillet, then draped with a dumpling wrapper and steamed in bone broth until soft and tender.

Ingredients

BLANKET DUMPLINGS

  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 1 Pound Ground Pork or ground chicken
  • 2 Cloves Garlic grated
  • 1 Tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Cup Kettle & Fire Bone Broth
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 24 Dumpling Wrappers

GARNISHES

  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onions
  • Chili Oil
  • Parsley chopped

TODDLER BLANKET DUMPLING

  • 1 Teaspoon Avocado Oil
  • ¼ Pound Ground Pork or ground chicken
  • 2 Tablespoons Kettle & Fire Bone Broth
  • Tiny Pinch Pepper optional
  • 4-6 Dumpling Wrappers
  • 1 Pouch Serenity Kids Pork Roast with Organic Vegetables & Herbs

Instructions

  • BLANKET DUMPLINGS
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground pork or chicken, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  • Heat the avocado oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Scoop small portions of the mixture directly into the pan, spacing them slightly apart. Let cook for 2–3 minutes until the bottoms begin to brown.
  • Place the dumpling wrappers directly over top of each meat mound, almost like a blanket. Pour the bone broth around the dumplings, cover with a lid, and let steam for 6–8 minutes until the meat is fully cooked and the wrappers are soft and tender.
  • Serve warm with extra soy sauce or chili crisp if desired.

TODDLER BLANKET DUMPLINGS

  • In a small bowl, combine the ground pork or chicken with the Serenity Kids pouch until fully mixed.
  • Heat the avocado oil in a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Scoop small portions of the mixture into the pan and cook for 2 minutes until lightly browned on the bottom.
  • Place the dumpling wrappers over top, pour in the bone broth, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes until fully cooked and soft.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving and cut into small toddler-friendly bites if needed.
