Instructions
For the Steak
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the steak to your desired doneness.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.
Slice the steak thinly.
For the Aioli
In a small bowl, combine roasted garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped chives to make the aioli.
