Loaded Fries with Greek Toppings

Crispy fries topped with feta, olives, tomatoes, red onion, herbs, and creamy tzatziki, a fresh Mediterranean twist on loaded fries.

Instructions

Fries

  • 1 package Fries
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 baby cucumbers, chopped
  • ¼ cup olives, smashed and chopped
  • 1 handful dill, chopped
  • ½ cup feta, crumbled
  • ¼ red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Served with lemon wedges

Tzatziki

  • 1 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber, grated
  • ¼ cup dill, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mint, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Cook McCain Regen Fries according to package instructions. Once cooked, let cool for 2-3 minutes.
  • While the fries are in the oven, make the tzatziki and set aside. Chop the rest of the ingredients.
  • Add all the ingredients overtop, starting with onions, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, feta and dill.
  • Squeeze lemon overtop and season with salt & pepper.
  • Add crumbled feta, a drizzle of olive oil and dill.
  • Serve and enjoy!
