Loaded Fries with Greek Toppings
Crispy fries topped with feta, olives, tomatoes, red onion, herbs, and creamy tzatziki, a fresh Mediterranean twist on loaded fries.

1 package Fries
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4 baby cucumbers, chopped
¼ cup olives, smashed and chopped
1 handful dill, chopped
½ cup feta, crumbled
¼ red onion, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Served with lemon wedges
Tzatziki
1 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 large cucumber, grated
¼ cup dill, chopped
3 tbsp mint, chopped
1 clove garlic, grated
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Cook McCain Regen Fries according to package instructions. Once cooked, let cool for 2-3 minutes.
While the fries are in the oven, make the tzatziki and set aside. Chop the rest of the ingredients.
Add all the ingredients overtop, starting with onions, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, feta and dill.
Squeeze lemon overtop and season with salt & pepper.
Add crumbled feta, a drizzle of olive oil and dill.
Serve and enjoy!
