Warm sourdough toast topped with creamy cottage cheese, fresh heirloom tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.

- Sourdough bread sliced
- Cottage cheese
- Heirloom tomatoes sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Balsamic glaze
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh cherries optional
Slice and toast the sourdough bread until golden and crisp.
Spread a generous layer of cottage cheese over each slice of toasted bread.
Arrange sliced heirloom tomatoes on top of the cottage cheese.
Scatter fresh basil leaves over the tomatoes.
Drizzle olive oil evenly over the toast.
