Cheesecake-Filled Mini Muffins

Fluffy mini muffins filled with a creamy cheesecake center, perfect for a sweet snack, dessert, or brunch treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

Mini Cheesecake Stuffed Muffins

  • 1 box Cheesecake Muffin Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • cup vegetable oil
  • cup water

Topping

  • Cream Cheese Glaze
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly grease two mini muffin pans with non-stick spray or line them with muffin liners. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, prepare the Krusteaz Cheesecake Muffin Mix according to the package instructions.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of the muffin batter to each muffin cup.
  • Place 1 teaspoon of the Krusteaz Cheesecake Center filling in the middle of the batter.
  • Top with another teaspoon of muffin batter to fully cover the cheesecake center.
  • Repeat this process for all muffin cups.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
  • Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes.
  • Dip the muffin tops into the remaining Krusteaz Cheesecake Center filling for a creamy glaze.
  • Repeat the dipping for an extra layer of flavor.
  • In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and powdered sugar.
  • Sift the cinnamon and powdered sugar mixture over the muffins for a light, sweet finish.
