First, prepare the matcha. Sift the matcha powder into a matcha bowl. Add the warm water and whisk until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Stir in the honey until dissolved.
Divide the ice between two glasses. Pour in the coconut water, water, and lemon juice. Top with the matcha mixture and stir well to combine.
Add a pinch of salt, stir once more, and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
