  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Cup Warm Water
  • 1 Lemon juice of
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 3 Teaspoons Matcha Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey plus more to taste
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • First, prepare the matcha. Sift the matcha powder into a matcha bowl. Add the warm water and whisk until the mixture is smooth and fully combined. Stir in the honey until dissolved.
  • Divide the ice between two glasses. Pour in the coconut water, water, and lemon juice. Top with the matcha mixture and stir well to combine.
  • Add a pinch of salt, stir once more, and adjust sweetness with additional honey if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
