Green Goddess Whipped Feta Dip

This cool and creamy whipped feta dip, bursting with fresh herbs and bright lemon, is perfect for summer entertaining. Topped with crunchy pine nuts and fresh chives, it pairs great with toasted baguette for an easy and delicious seasonal appetizer.

Ingredients

Whipped Feta

  • 1 container Feta Cheese
  • 1 handful mint
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 handful chives chopped
  • 1 handful dill
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • ½ lemon zested
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Black pepper

Toppings

  • cup pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Handful chives chopped
  • Black pepper

Toasted Baguette

  • ½ baguette sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheet and set aside. Slice baguette and place on baking sheet. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes - until bread is toasted.
  • In a food processor, combine all whipped feta ingredients. Process until smooth. If dip is too thick- add in 1 tbsp of water and process. Continue until dip is a thin consistency.
  • Add whipped feta dip to a bowl. Top with chives, pine nuts and olive oil. Finish with black pepper and serve with toasted baguette. Enjoy!
