This cool and creamy whipped feta dip, bursting with fresh herbs and bright lemon, is perfect for summer entertaining. Topped with crunchy pine nuts and fresh chives, it pairs great with toasted baguette for an easy and delicious seasonal appetizer.

Whipped Feta
1container Feta Cheese
1handful mint
1handful basil
1handful cilantro
1handful chiveschopped
1handful dill
1/2lemonjuiced
½lemonzested
1/4cupwater
1tbsphoney
¼cupolive oil
¼cupwater
Black pepper
Toppings
⅓cuppine nuts
2tbspolive oil

Toasted Baguette
½baguettesliced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line baking sheet and set aside. Slice baguette and place on baking sheet. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes - until bread is toasted.
In a food processor, combine all whipped feta ingredients. Process until smooth. If dip is too thick- add in 1 tbsp of water and process. Continue until dip is a thin consistency.
Add whipped feta dip to a bowl. Top with chives, pine nuts and olive oil. Finish with black pepper and serve with toasted baguette. Enjoy!
