Whipped Feta Dip with Sizzling Shallot Oil & Roasted Tomatoes
Whipped Feta Dip is one of my most viral recipes and now I'm pairing it with the tastiest Sizzling Shallot Oil! This dish will definitely be a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
Whipped Feta Dip
8 oz.Feta cheese, crumbled
1/4cupolive oil
1/4 cupwhole milk
2tbsphoney
1/4 cupcream cheese
1/4cupwater
black pepper
Sizzling Shallot Oil
1smallshallot, diced
1/4cupbasil, chopped
2tbsppine nuts, chopped
1tbspchili flakes
1garlic clove, chopped
1/2cupgrapeseed oil
Roasted Tomatoes
2cupscherry tomatoes
1/4cup olive oil
1garlic clove, grated
salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Wash tomatoes and add to baking dish. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix together and bake for 25-28 minutes until tomatoes are roasted.
Combine all whipped feta ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix together until smooth. Add to a bowl.
Combine all ingredients for sizzling shallot oil in a bowl. Heat oil in a saucepan of skillet. Once it’s heated – the oil should be shimmering, add to a bowl and mix ingredients together.
Add roasted tomatoes on top of whipped feta dip followed by sizzling shallot oil. Top with black pepper and a few crushed prune nuts. Serve with a toasted baguette and enjoy!

Serve this dish with crudites, toasted baguette or crackers!
