Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray ramekin or baking dish with cooking spray. Add oats, maple syrup, salt, banana, baking powder and egg to blender. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until mixture is smooth. Add mixture to the ramekin half way. Add nutella to center of the mixture. Cover nutella with remaining mixture. Top with cocoa nibs. Bake for 22 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5-7 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
