Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add in pasta and cook to box instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pot and add in shallot and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until garlic & shallots are cooked down. Add in frozen spinach, 1/4 cup pasta water and mix together until combined. Add in wine and 1/4 cup of cubed butter. Mix together until butter is melted. Add in more pasta
Add in cooked pasta to the sauce and add in basil paste, 1/4 cup butter and fresh parsley. Mix together until combined. Add in olive oil and lemon juice and mix.
Plate pasta and garnish with fresh parsley and chili flakes. Enjoy!
