Chicken Parm Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 mini brioche buns
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3-4 basil leaves, chopped
  • salt + pepper

Garlic Sauce

  • 2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp garlic, chopped

Vodka Sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 oz. Zirkova Together Vodka
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • salt + pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray + set aside. Heat a large saucepan with olive oil + add in onions and saute for 4-5 minutes until soft. Add in tomato paste + mix together. Add in heavy cream + mix together until combined. Add in Zirkova Together Vodka, 2 tbsp butter + 1/4 cup parm & mix. Season with salt + pepper. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes + add sauce to bowl.
  • For chicken- add beaten egg + bread crumbs to separate bowls. Add chicken to egg followed by bread crumbs + shake off the excess crumbs off. Place chicken on baking sheet. Add vegetable oil to skillet + heat over high temperature. Once temp of oil is high enough, carefully add in chicken (away from you) + let sit for 3-4 mins per side. Once chicken is cooked add to drying rack and top with flakey salt. 
  • Add buns to baking dish + cut in half. Place chicken on top of bottom buns, followed by vodka sauce + sliced mozzarella + parm cheese and chopped basil. Place the top of buns on top of the chicken. In a bowl, mix together butter, garlic, 2 tbsp basil + parm cheese. Brush mixture on top of the buns.
  • Bake for 8-10 mins until cheese is melted. Remove from oven + enjoy!
