Ingredients
1baguette, sliced
1packagehalloumi cheese, sliced
1/4cupolive oil
1tspchili flakes
1tsprice wine vinegar
2tbsphoney
1handfularugula
1tbspbalsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the baguette and add to the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-18 minutes until toasted.
Slice the halloumi and add to a baking dish. Combine olive oil, honey, chili flakes and rice wine vinegar. Mix together. Pour over Halloumi.
Heat a nonstick saucepan and add halloumi to the pan. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side until cheese becomes soft and golden brown. 4. Remove the baguette from the oven and top with arugula and halloumi cheese. Finish with black pepper and balsamic glaze. Serve and enjoy!
