Stuffed Nutella Pancakes

 3 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
 1 ⅓ cups water
 1 tsp butter
 ½ cup Nutella
Optional Toppings
 Blueberries
 Whipped Cream

Add 1-2 tbsp of Nutella to a lined baking sheet to create disc shapes. Smooth out a disc with a knife. Freeze for 25-30 minutes.

Combine Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix and water to a large bowl. Mix until combined and batter is formed.

Heat a skillet with 1 tsp butter. Add ¼ cup pancake batter. Add frozen Nutella disc on top and add a bit more batter to cover the disc. Cook for 75 seconds per side. Repeat until all batter is used

Plate pancakes and top with whipped cream, and blueberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
