Empellón
Empellón is New York’s newest and trendiest Mexican Restaurant! It is best known for it’s flashy and innovative dishes such as, the AVOCADO ICE CREAM. While this creative dessert truly looks like just a frozen avocado; truth be told, it’s not! Mind blown. It is actually an avocado dessert created by Chef Stupak and pastry chef Justin Binnie. They basically freeze avocado parfait in a silicone mould to recapture its original form. So basically, this delish dessert is really just Avocado, eucalyptus, and lime, and that’s okay because Instagram loves it!
